Rachel Katzman's second CD " IF" from Smelly Cat Records and
produced by Tony Stram with Rick Peterson (Rictone Productions)
began actually during the first CD's recording sessions. We were
overwhelmed by her song writing abilities and writing faster that we
could record them. We also included a few cover tunes that fit
her style well. Rick passed away during the making of CD # 2 and
production stopped. This new album is a more bare bones approach
something Rachel fought for alot. Its about 3/4 done and I haven't
selected which tracks will make it on the CD. By late summer it
should be available here and I will continually up load songs that
will be on "IF". Until this new solo CD is available check her out
at Happy Butterfly Foot and give it a listen.
